Are you prepared for laptops in classrooms? By 2011 students from years 9-12 will have laptops at school. Share your enthusiasm and enjoyment for Mathematics with your students by investigating the great range of freeware on the internet, as well as learn to use software programs, particularly 'Geometer's Sketchpad' and the 'Efofex package', in particular 'fxgraph' to enhance learning in Mathematics. This course is part of the 'Laptop in the Classroom' Series so BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP.
What to bring:Participants should bring a laptop with the above programs installed or 30 free trial versions installed. A free download of the program "Geogebra" is also required.
