The content is exactly what I need right now. Cameron made me feel instantly at ease and open-minded through his enthusiastic, informed and practical approach.
My third workshop with Cameron. A fantastic presenter who passionately seeks to assist to improve our teaching and learning.
I thought it was informative without being overwhelming., clear and practical.
Good combination of practical and thoretical activities.
Makes you think and helps you ask how to make the kids think.
This presentation was excellent - grounded in theory but with a lot of practical suggestions. It did assume 'perfect' student behaviour though, so some behaviour management strategies would be extremely valuable to support.
Fantastic fast-paced and informative session with REAL examples of how to get to my students thinking.
Found the work covered interesting and empowering. Felt that there was downtime where more could have been presented. Otherwise ok.
Good reminder of what teaching is all about and the complexity of it - great presentation. truly thought-provoking.
Good knowledge of everything. Felt it was a tiny bit rushed and a bit too quiet.
Discussion and activities flowed/ connected extremely well.
Great to attend an in-service where useful strategies are given and we can gain an understanding of why they are important.
Surprisingly engaging. Certainly made me want to develop my understanding and use of this style of learning.
Great practises and modelling of these for me int he classroom. Well paced, clear links between theory and practice.
I though tI would be getting information on questioning students more effectively, however, the content of this course was excellent for strategies to engage students and improve their imput int he classroom.
Great range of strategies.
