This workshop is the first of the series on Student Success in language learning. It is an introduction to student success and celebration of LOTE students' achievements. Its main aim is to provide teachers with some tools -to shape the profile of their language students, -to improve student success and retention through the celebration of their achievements at various levels -to acknowledge excellence in language learning -to provide opportunity to students of various abilities to experience success -to look at the teachers' learning process -to create and map milestones along the journey of teaching and learning.
