Sorina Cepraga The first part of the workshop will look at the use of ICT to develop the students' oral skills. We will examine how students interact and make connections in a purposeful and enjoyable way.
The second section of the workshop will focus on questioning and answering techniques that will be beneficial to both the students and the teachers. We will look at various strategies used to teach students to speak with poise, passion and persuasive power. This workshop aims at equipping teachers with strategies to develop natural and powerful speaking styles for their students. These ideas will be built upon the unique features of individual personalities and styles. The workshop offers a set of portable skills to promote speaking in the target language in the classroom and in exam situations.

There was not a strong focus on the HSC skills, which was disappointing - This is really why I came and wanted much more on this.
