Richard Andrew This course targets both competent secondary teachers who desire improved engagement with and management of students and secondary teachers who require more urgent assistance with student management. The course will present numerous student management strategies relevant to all secondary classrooms and demonstrate links between rapport with students, organization, engagement, praise and effective classroom management. A feature of the day will be the use of many excellent videos showcasing teachers working with a consultant on behaviour management issues and strategies across many subject areas including the Arts, Humanities, English, Science, Mathematics and Languages.
