This course is for ICT beginners who would like to integrate technology into their music class rooms, quickly,easily and with minimal outlay. This course will teach you how to use Windows Media Player and, Windows Movie Maker, both of which are free for all PC users. You will create a music video using your own sound and images and then learn how to edit an existing movie sequence, and add your own sound track and narration. You will be allocated time to work with collegues to create ICT activities based around the skills you have gained.I will also teach you how to access, and use valuable ICT resources on the Teaching and Learning Exchange. By the end of the course you will have ICT lessons and resources ready to use in your classroom the next day.

What to bring:

4 gig USB thumbdrive, Blank/recordable CD's and cases, CD's of music of your choice, Digital camera and USB computer connection, Digital pictures on your camera or USB to be used for the video sequence, an external computer microphone
