This course is designed for teachers who would like to make their own dip-in or paint on glazes from a recipe. You will be introduced to very simple glaze technology and glaze equipment followed by making a bucket of glaze to take home with you. Participants will receive a set of interesting recipes that you can begin to work with. We will also look at applying glaze to create different effects and learn some techniques for caring and maintaining of your glazes.

What to bring:

A lidded 10 litre bucket or large, strong plastic bag An icecream container or likewise. Please also bring a small box to carry other items that we will deal with during the course. Lunch - this can be purchased from the canteen. A mug for morning tea.
