Presenter:
Jacky Gruszka Has a SMARTboard taken up residence in your school, perhaps even in your classroom? Are you curious to touch it but have no time for reading through a manual or trawling through the Help Index? Are you an active rather than a passive learner? If yes, then this course was designed exactly for you. The style of the course is learning by doing and having some fun at the same time. It is suitable for any teacher who wants to learn how to use an interactive whiteboard by interacting with it. Two heads are better than one so you'll be working with a small team, going at your own pace. The course guides you through an engaging, activity-based, hands-on approach to learning how to use the SMARTboard. After lunch we all come together for a friendly, competitive team game. At the end of the day, you'll be surprised at how many skills you have acquired quite effortlessly and how much more confident you are with the board. It is assumed that participants are meeting SMARTBoards for the first time.
What to bring:This course assumes that participants are new to SMARTboard. They do not need to bring anything or do any prior preparation.
