This is an introductory course in Photoshop that develops the idea of the contemporary image in the digital art . Topics covered include how to use layers and image adjustments, blending with layer masks to produce refinement and technical resolution. Also the aesthetic skills involved in making a successful image and the different aesthetic styles used by digital artists. PC computers are used in this workshop but all skills are transferable to Mac computers. Suitable for teachers in Visual Arts and Design & Technology.
