In the past ten years, your HSC students have been competing with an increasing number of students studying viticulture as the most popular productive activity. So, is 2011 the year for a change, to give your students an edge? Help them to maximize their mark in this unit of work. Leave the textbooks behind and let your students study...chocolate. On investigation, chocolate is a productive activity that sits even better within the syllabus than viticulture. And, would you believe, one large wine retailer combines both, selling shiraz-infused chocolate, pinot noir-infused chocolate... During the day's seminar, we will programme the units of work that you can teach, look at the many sources of information for the topic and leave with enough resources to launch into a study that will grab the interest of your students.
