We create a magazine cover from concept to getting the digital file ready for print. Along the way we discover the vital systems and sophisticated features of this program that will help you to establish a reliable technique.
This course will cover: Creating your own workspace, advanced tone and colour correction, sophisticated techniques using layers and masks, creating and placing text.
At the end of the day you will receive a CD with your completed work. Extensive notes and tutorials will be made available to participants to the course.
Macintosh computers are used for the course as they are more prevalent in industry and tertiary institutes but all skills are transferable to PC.

What to bring:Participants MUST have a basic understanding of editing and managing digital images in Photoshop and a familiarity with Macintosh computers and OSX would be preferable but not essential.
