Barbara Stanners This module elective explores how texts create images we see and/or visualise to shape and manipulate meaning in texts. 'The Shoe-horn Sonata' will be examined in terms of how distinctively visual use of language forms,modes and media affect interpretation. Prescribed and appropriate related texts will be examined in detail.
What to bring:Participants are advised to bring laptops and USB for note-taking and resource sharing. Copies of the text should also be brought along with multiple copies of effective resources for teaching this elective.
