











This workshop will cover -A practical session exploring the poses -Physical benefits of particular yoga postures -History of Yoga -Different types of Yoga -Yoga philosophy -Meditation techniques -Yoga teaching techniques -Safe routines to teach from 5 min-50 mins -Visual and theory notes. As a popular method of healthy lifestyle in our culture, introducing students to yoga in school teaches them the importance of creating balance in their life. This workshop will give you the basic skills to introduce safe short sessions with your students and an understanding of the background of yoga and why it is important to introduce during the students schooling.
