This course aims to give you a clear understanding of technology as a tool for English learning. With lots of examples, discussion forums and learning activities, you will have the opportunity to explore free online learning tools. You’ll also have the chance to develop skills and resources to use in your own classroom. Meeting in the real world with other teachers at your own school, you will work through the online course as a team, all the while being provided with online support from the course facilitator. This whole school approach to professional development is practical and relevant to all staff. It's also an exceptionally effective way to share and develop skills across the whole school. The resources and tools covered throughout this course will open your eyes to the possibilities of learning and teaching with ICT, and the vast majority of these tools are not age-specific and are re-useable!
