Nicole is a Visual Arts teacher and holds a Bachelor of Teaching / Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours). As an Art Educator, since 2003, she has been involved in many regional arts events. When working in Western Sydney , was the sculpture tutor for the "Art Across the Middle" GATS camps and hung a range of exhibitions at Penrith Regional Art Gallery including "Spectrum" and "Teachers Can". She has been reviewing art books, resources and web sites for SCAN Magazine, which is run through the Department of Education, linking the relevance and usefulness of these materials to current Creative Arts syllabuses from K-12. At a school level, she has been involved in staff training and development on improving literacy skills and have given tutorials on how to use some computer applications.
