Presenter Information

Margo is an artist and educator with 15 years of teaching experience. Margo holds a Bachelor of Arts(Visual Arts) and Bachelor of Education. She is currently employed in the public school system and is up to date with current teaching practices in art in the primary and secondary classroom. Her area of expertise in the arts is in ceramics, drawing, painting and sculpture. Since 1992 Margo has taught art workshops in various venues throughout the state. She has taught clay sculpture at The Art gallery of NSW since 1998. Most recently Margo has taught one and two day workshops at public and private schools and in country NSW. Margo exhibits her work regularly. Her large scale figurative clay sculptures are in collections in Australia and overseas. She has made public artworks for Liverpool and Fairfield Councils. Her ceramic works are published in Ceramics Art and Perception and The Journal of Australian Ceramics.
