Presenter Name: Brian Marshall

Brian Marshall graduated from the University of Tasmania, B Ec, Dip Ed. He has worked for over 25 years in the Tasmanian Catholic education system, having experience in a number of senior leadership positions. In recent years he has completed his Masters in Education (Leadership) and is currently studying for his PhD. Brian's administration and teaching experience, together with his many experiences with student leadership and mentoring of staff, have helped him to develop skills in and knowledge of classroom management, the training of student leaders and the structures required for staff development and support. Prior to entering Education Brian had many experiences including work in electronics, advertising and sales. These experiences together with his own personal experiences have given him the opportunity to build a complete rapport with senior students.
