Ros Davis is an international consultant in capacity development, leadership and management, particularly in an educational context, in the Pacific, South-East Asia and the Middle East, including Qatar and the UAE.
Her recent experience includes the development of partnership and capacity development policies and processes at a national level; the development of regulations and strategies to strengthen professional educational leadership standards; the design of related CPD frameworks for principals and aspiring leaders; and the development and delivery of professional training programs in leadership, management, school development and school self-evaluation.
