Presenter Information

Suze has worked as a Visual Arts Teacher for the past 7 years at a leading Selective School in Sydney. Here she saw the need for students to be learning ways to reduce the effects of stress and to learn healthy practices that they could continue into their careers. She began her early career with an Associate Diploma of Health Science and Exercise and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Art Education. She began practicing and studying Astanga yoga 18 years ago. She is registered with Yoga Teachers Australia as a Senior Teacher, and practices at the Astanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India each year. She currently teaches at Maroubra Beach Yoga.
