Neil has degrees in (Science) Psychology and Economics, a Diploma of Education and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He is currently Head Teacher Social Science at Illawarra Senior College and works as a Diploma of Education Business Studies methods lecturer for Wollongong University. He has extensive experience as a HSC senior marker in Legal Studies, is a member of the Legal Studies syllabus writing team, runs HSC student lectures and has authored Preliminary and HSC texts.
