Course Description

Teach STEM in fun and interesting ways with the help of this 2 hour online course. Using videos from a documentary called Blue, you will explore a framework for using the Arts to teach Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (known as STEAM). Blue explores the state of the ocean, helps us think about its important role on Earth and encourages us to become ocean guardians. In this course, you will: Learn a framework for teaching STEAM from Foundation to Year 6. Use Blue the Film teaching resources as a springboard for STEAM. Hear from STEAM education experts. Discover how STEAM empowers students to become active citizens.
