When does Campus become better value than Team?
At the current prices, Team costs $299 + GST per user and Campus costs $9,990 + GST per year. Team remains less expensive for up to 33 users. From 34 users, Campus has a lower total price and provides unlimited accounts across one campus.
Can a school with fewer than 34 users choose Campus?
Yes. Some schools prefer Campus because it removes the need to manage named licences and allows additional teaching or support staff to be added without extra cost. For fewer than 34 users, however, Team will usually have the lower total price.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
Notify TTA in writing within the first 90 days of the subscription commencement date. The subscription will be cancelled and the school will receive a full refund.
Can teachers be added to a Team subscription?
Yes. Additional teachers can be added throughout the subscription period at the standard per-teacher price.
Can teacher numbers be reduced?
Teacher access can be reduced when the Team subscription renews. The renewed subscription remains subject to the five-teacher minimum.
When does school access begin?
Team and Campus subscriptions begin on the commencement date selected by the school and confirmed on the invoice.
