Course Description

Schools operate in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment. Within this context, it falls upon leaders to plan for, communicate and navigate these turbulent waters. Strategic leadership offers a framework that assists leaders in how they can best design the future of their school, department or classroom, and ensure they stay on track!

In this webinar, we will explore the research around strategic leadership, along with practical steps and methods to implement the framework.
