General Description

This course will help you teach secondary students how to use mindfulness as a tool for learning and a way to care for wellbeing. You will read the latest research and participate in mindfulness activities that build your confidence and skills.

 

You’ll learn:

- How mindfulness benefits students and teachers.

- How to teach mindfulness using the five senses.

- How to use mindfulness as a learning tool.

- How mindfulness links to the curriculum.
