Course Description

This course will help you plan and deliver a geographical inquiry unit. In this course you will be given access to an exceptional geographical inquiry unit created by our partners, MobileMuster, and environmental education experts, Field of Mars Environmental Education Center.

This unit is called Mobile Connections, and it contains a range of methods to successfully apply geographical inquiry that you can adopt and adapt for your unique school setting.

You’ll learn:

  • How to plan a geographical inquiry unit.

  • How to enrich your inquiry through the use of technology.

  • How to incorporate sustainability into your inquiry.

  • How to extend student learning through student-led action.

  • How to engage students in real world geographical learning through an existing inquiry unit called Mobile Connections.
