This course supports school leaders to strengthen and sustain the impact of teaching strategies on student learning. Aligned with the Australian Professional Standard for Principals - Professional Practice: Leading Teaching and Learning, it builds leaders’ capacity to guide staff in selecting, adapting, and embedding evidence-informed instructional practices that make a measurable difference in classrooms. Participants will explore how to lead consistent pedagogical practice across the school, evaluate the effectiveness of teaching approaches through reflection and classroom evidence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that ensures every student benefits from high-quality teaching.
